Who We Are

We Believe Everyone Has Strengths Worth Developing.

Our Story

Strengths Aligned was founded on a simple belief: People grow most meaningfully when they understand what makes them unique and learn how to use it well.

Strengths Aligned is the strengths-based leadership practice of Wellbeing Inside Out, a Singapore-based organisation dedicated to helping people and workplaces thrive.

Throughout years of working with individuals, leaders and organisations, our founder observed that many capable professionals were constantly trying to improve by focusing on what they lacked. They worked hard to overcome weaknesses, adapt to expectations and become the kind of professionals or leaders they believed they should be. Yet many had not fully recognised or developed the natural talents they already possessed.

Strengths Aligned was created to shift that conversation. We believe development should begin with recognising the potential within each individual. Through CliftonStrengths® and strengths-based development, we help people discover their natural talents, appreciate their unique contributions and develop greater confidence in how they work and lead.

But our approach does not stop at strengths discovery. We also recognise that strengths can create blind spots when overused or applied without awareness. A strength that contributes to success in one situation may become less effective in another. That is why we integrate insights from neuroscience, positive psychology, well-being and conscious leadership to help individuals develop greater awareness of how their strengths influence their thoughts, emotions, behaviours and relationships.

Our goal is to help people use their strengths more consciously, effectively and sustainably. Because meaningful growth is not about becoming someone else. It is about becoming more intentional with who you already are.

Our Vision

To create a world where individuals and organisations recognise, value and develop their unique strengths, enabling people to thrive and contribute meaningfully.

Our Mission

To empower individuals, leaders and teams to discover, develop and align their strengths for greater self-awareness, effective collaboration, conscious leadership and sustainable performance.
